Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make the cancellation process as simple and fair as possible while ensuring smooth order management. Please review our policy below before making a request.
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You can request to cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.
To cancel your order, please:

Kindly include your order number in the cancellation request.
If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we will process the cancellation and initiate a full refund within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.
Note: Cancellation requests sent via Instagram, Facebook, or any unofficial platform will not be considered valid.
2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you still wish to cancel after dispatch, please accept the delivery and raise a return request in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
3. COD Order Cancellation
• COD orders may require confirmation via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.
• Unconfirmed COD orders may be automatically cancelled after a few hours.
• Repeated cancellations of COD orders may lead to the disabling of COD for your future purchases.
4. Prepaid Order Refunds
If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method (UPI, wallet, credit/debit card, etc.).
Refunds usually reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Seller Cancellations
Zenvykart reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
• The product is out of stock or discontinued
• Invalid or incomplete shipping address provided
• The order is flagged as suspicious or high-risk by our payment gateway
In such cases, you will be notified via email or phone, and a full refund will be issued if payment was already made.
