1. How do I place an order?
 Placing an order is simple! Browse our collections, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your details, select your payment method, and confirm. You’ll receive an order confirmation instantly.

2. What payment methods are accepted?
 We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes. Payments are processed securely through trusted gateways.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 working days

  • Remote Areas: 5–8 working days
     Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Do you offer free shipping?
 Yes! All orders above ₹499 qualify for free shipping Pan-India. For orders below ₹499, a nominal ₹49 shipping fee applies.

5. Can I cancel my order?
 You can cancel orders before dispatch by contacting us via email or WhatsApp with your order number. Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not possible — you can initiate a return instead.

6. What is your return and refund policy?
 Returns are accepted for wrong or defective products within 3 days of delivery. A complete unboxing video is required for approval. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 8–15 working days.

7. How do I track my order?
 Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link via email/SMS. Use it to monitor your order in real-time on the courier partner’s website.

8. What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
 If your package is damaged, missing items, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with a clear unboxing video. We will guide you for a replacement or refund.

9. Do you ship internationally?
 Currently, we only ship within India. For bulk or export inquiries, please contact our support team.
